Requesting Deletion of Your Data

If you have used Facebook, Google, or another third-party login to interact with Banu Fashion, or if you would simply like your personal data removed from our systems, you can request deletion at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to info@banufashion.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address or account you used with Banu Fashion.
• If applicable, the third-party service you signed in with (e.g. Facebook).

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will:

1. Verify your identity using the account details provided.
2. Delete your personal information — including your name, contact details, order history, and any linked third-party account data — from our active systems within 30 days.
3. Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
